E-Signature for Streamlining Student Loans
GSFC is proud to offer FASTLoans™ and FASTPLUS™ online Master Promissory Notes with electronic signatures for Georgia institutions that utilize the GHEAC guaranty.
FASTLoans™ and FASTPLUS™ are school specific and provide schools with flexible set-up options including preferred lender listing and online MPN activity notification options.
The FAST products offer Georgia borrowers an online secure environment to quickly, easily, and accurately complete a Master Promissory Note.
It provides for active MPN searches, suggested lender logic, online real-time edits for accuracy, three signature options, printable MPN (PDF) documents, and borrower confirmation e-mails.
Borrowers can electronically sign the MPN using the Personal Identification Number (PIN) obtained by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or print the document and "wet" sign.
Of course, the FAFSA is not required to get a PIN, but applicants must request one.
