Thank you for your interest in Chattahoochee Technical College. Once you have submitted your online application for admissions, please print your confirmation page, indicate which Semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer) that you plan to begin your classes, sign the confirmation page, and mail it in with the $20 non-refundable application fee to one of the Chattahoochee Technical College Admissions/Student Affairs Offices. Please note that an application is not considered submitted until the payment has been received by the college. Please visit www.ChattahoocheeTech.edu to see all the campus locations and addresses.

Also, submit all official high school transcripts or GED scores, official SAT/ACT/COMPASS test scores, and/or all official college transcripts BEFORE the application and document deadline for the semester you plan to attend.

ALL Official transcripts must be received in a sealed envelope from the school or institution.

***Effective January 1, 2012, all students applying for in-state tuition must provide validation of lawful presence in the United States. Please see our website for a list of items that can serve as proof of lawful presence. http://www.chattahoocheetech.edu/prospective/tuitionfees/

Once all of your required admissions documents are on file, you will be admitted and eligible to register for classes.

You should receive a letter from the Admissions office with further information regarding the advisement and registration process for your intended quarter of enrollment.

** PLEASE NOTE:

Applications for Admission and transcripts that are received after the posted application and document deadlines will be processed for the next available semester. Please plan ahead and apply early.

Students who are permanent residents must submit their card to an admissions staff member so that the card may be copied. Failure to submit the card by the posted deadline will result in the student being charged foreign tuition.

Transfer students must submit official sealed copies of transcripts from ALL previously attended colleges.

Submitting a GA411 application is NOT the way to re-apply to CTC. If you have already applied to CTC and never attended you must submit an admissions update form, found on the college web page. If you have attended CTC before, you must submit a Re-Admit form to the Student Affairs department.

Please review all admissions requirements on the college web page.

Visit www.ChattahoocheeTech.edu and click on the Admissions tab to find more information regarding the admissions process. There is also a Financial Aid link and instructions on how to apply for financial aid. The FAFSA Financial Aid application process could take as long as 6 weeks. Again, plan ahead and apply early.

SUMMER SEMESTER classes will begin on June 6, 2014.

FALL SEMESTER classes will begin on August 18, 2014.
