Thank you for your interest in South Georgia College! Before you complete your application, we have provided some guidelines that will help your application process go smoothly.
Submit your application early
Please fill out the online application as thoroughly as possible. When you are finished, click the 'SUBMIT' button on the left column of any application screen. Print the application agreement statement that appears after you submit the application. Mail the application agreement statement to the address on the right.
The nonrefundable application fee is $20. Returning SGC students are not required to pay the application fee a second time and should select the fee waiver option. The fee waiver option is only for returning SGC students.
The sooner we receive your application, the faster we can notify you of any missing items. Students who beat the deadline have less complications and less stress than those who wait until the deadline.
Send your transcripts
Please send us your official transcripts from all institutions you have attended. Please note that we must receive an official copy in a sealed envelope.
Send your immunization form
Contact your local health department or physician to obtain your immunization record. You can find a copy of the immunization form at our website:
